Based out of the NYC-area, David Kaye is a freelance musician, writer, performer, and engineer. He is proficient on banjo, guitar, dobro, pedal and lap steel, and mandolin. David performs regularly with multiple configurations, and is a regular in both the New York and Connecticut bluegrass scenes.
David studied music production and engineering at Berklee College of Music, and has worked as a session musician in New York and Los Angeles. He has toured the country, played in Broadway pits, and done session work in many styles of music.
